Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.

• Check-in Time
  Check-in counters open 3 hours before flight departure and close 1 hour before. Failure to report on time may result in denial of boarding.

Ticketing & Reservation

• Please verify passenger names (as per passport/ID), flight dates, times, numbers, terminals, and baggage details.

• Certain countries may impose additional taxes (e.g., VAT or tourist tax), payable locally.

• For international travel, ensure you have the correct documentation (passport, visa, "Ok to Board", travel/medical insurance) by checking with the airline and relevant embassy or consulate prior to departure.

• We are not responsible for any schedule changes or flight cancellations by the airline before or after ticket issuance.

• Barentu Travel & Tours is not liable for any loss, damage, accident, theft, or unforeseen events affecting travellers or their belongings.
